I have a collection of official patent documents that must be translated with absolute precision. Because these files will be used in a formal legal setting, every claim, specification, and reference needs to read as if it were originally drafted in the target language. The originals are ready in editable format, and I will supply them along with any previously approved terminology lists and formatting samples as soon as we start.

Scope of work
– Translate the full patent packet, including claims, abstract, description, figures’ captions, and any embedded tables.
– Replicate the exact structure and numbering so the translated version matches line-for-line with the source for easy cross-reference.
– Preserve established patent terminology and legal phrasing; any newly coined technical terms should be highlighted for my review.
– Return the finished text in both a clean file and a bilingual, tracked-changes copy so I can see how specific terms were handled.

Acceptance criteria
• No additions, omissions, or stylistic rewrites—just faithful, legally sound translation.
• Consistent use of defined terminology throughout.
• Formatting identical to the source (headings, paragraph breaks, page numbers).
• Final delivery passes an internal QA check I will run for completeness.

Please keep all work strictly confidential. Once everything checks out, the project will be confirmed complete and the final milestone released.
