Patent Filing USA & India

I have a complete, healthcare-focused patent specification—claims, drawings, technical description, everything—ready to go. What I now need is an experienced patent professional who can take that documentation and handle the formal filing process in both jurisdictions: first with the USPTO and separately with the Indian Patent Office.

Please base your proposal strictly on filing services; no additional drafting or substantive editing is required. I do, however, expect you to review the paperwork for compliance with local formalities, prepare all required forms (including IDS and sequence listings if applicable), submit through USPTO Patent Center/EFS-Web and the Indian IPO online portal, and manage fee payments.

Deliverables I will use to confirm completion:
• Official electronic filing receipts from the USPTO and the Indian Patent Office, each showing our application number and timestamp.
• A brief post-filing report outlining next procedural deadlines for each jurisdiction.
