Passionate Football Content Producer (Hindi & English - Producer, not Video Editor)

Content Producer — Football Creator

I'm looking for a young, football-obsessed Content Producer to help build a football content channel across YouTube + Instagram + other collaborations.

If you're someone who spends way too much time thinking about football and wants to turn that obsession into a career in digital media, this could be a great fit.

Your job is to discuss ideas with me and turn them into excellent, publishable content.

What you'll do:

* Research topics and turn ideas into strong scripts
* Understand both Indian football and global football
* Coordinate with video editors, designers and other freelancers
* Brief editors and review their work
* Manage revisions and ensure the final video meets the required quality
* Adapt YouTube ideas into Instagram Reels/Shorts
* Keep the entire production pipeline moving and on schedule
* Help build efficient, repeatable workflows using AI and other tools

Who I'm looking for:

This role is particularly suited to college students, journalism students, young football writers or aspiring sports/media professionals.

You should:

* Be genuinely football-obsessed.
* Follow both Indian and international football.
* Have strong research and writing skills.
* Understand what makes content interesting on YouTube and Instagram.
* Be organised and comfortable managing multiple people.
* Have a good eye for storytelling, pacing and visuals.
* Be curious about AI and new content-production tools.

You don't need to be an expert video editor. The key is being able to understand good content, communicate clearly with creatives, and take ownership of getting an idea from script → finished video.
