Partner Promotion Tribute Video

I’m putting together a heartfelt congratulations video for a colleague who has just been promoted to partner at our firm. By 12 PM ET on 8/15 I’ll have 10-20 individual clips from teammates, each running somewhere between 20-60 seconds.

Here’s what I need you to do once the footage arrives:

• Open with a fun, celebratory title card that clearly shouts our congratulations, sets an upbeat tone, and matches our firm’s branding colours if possible.
• Sequence the clips in a logical, visually pleasing order, linking them with smooth fade transitions so the energy flows naturally.
• Lay in an unobtrusive background music track that keeps the mood uplifting without drowning out the speakers. (If you can provide two or three royalty-free options I can sign off on the final choice quickly.)
• Close with a final slide echoing the opening message and perhaps a subtle “Path to Partnership Begins Here” tagline.

A first cut would be great within 24 hours of receiving the assets so we have room for any tiny tweaks. The finished video should land in my inbox no later than 9 PM ET on 8/17, delivered as a 1080p MP4 plus the editable project file (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve all work).

If you’ve got ideas for extra polish—subtle animated confetti bursts, tasteful lower-thirds, or other creative touches—feel free to propose them. Clean storytelling and professional timing matter most; everything else is a bonus. Looking forward to seeing your magic.
