Part-Time Shopify Store All-Rounder

Must be available 5pm to 9pm AEST Australia Sydney.
Must be able to speak Good English as we will need to be able to chat on the phone at times.

I run a growing Shopify store that sells only physical products and I need a reliable, part-time collaborator who is already approved through Shopify’s Partner system. Your role is broad: each day fresh SKUs arrive and I rely on you to get them live quickly, polish their SEO, refresh homepage or collection banners, and handle small theme tweaks whenever we spot an opportunity to improve speed or conversions.

What the routine looks like
• Daily product uploads: you’ll receive imagery and core data, then craft engaging titles, descriptions, tags and alt text before publishing.
• Visual updates: design and swap out promotional banners or hero slides so the shop always feels current.
• SEO housekeeping: maintain clean metadata, collections structure and schema markup; run periodic audits and fix issues.
• Light development: adjust Liquid/CSS, install or configure vetted apps, and test changes in a collaborator preview before pushing live.

I’m on GMT+8 and typically batch assets in the evening; you can process them the same night or early next morning so they’re ready for shoppers by midday. Communication is through Slack and Trello, and I’m happy to pay per productive hour with a minimum weekly commitment we agree on together.
