Think Talent is looking for a part-time specialist to own SEO for www.thinktalent.co — both traditional search rankings and visibility in AI-generated answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews).
What you'll do:
- Own on-page and technical SEO for thinktalent.co — titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking, site speed, structured data
- Do keyword research relevant to HR and talent management consulting — the terms our prospects and clients actually search
- Help shape content (blogs, case studies, service pages) so it ranks and directly answers search intent
- Set up FAQ/schema markup so our content surfaces in featured snippets and AI-generated answers
- Keep our brand information (name, description, services) consistent across the web — directories, LinkedIn, review sites — since this affects how AI tools describe and cite us
- Track rankings, traffic, and conversions monthly, and report findings in plain language
