Part-time recruiter for a China sourcing team — English required
We are a small China-based team screening sourcing consultants for a European industrial buyer. We need a part-time recruiter to run the top of the funnel: sourcing candidates, screening CVs and running short first-round calls in English.
What you would do:
1. Source candidates on Chinese platforms — mainly Maimai, also BOSS Zhipin and LinkedIn. Send first-contact messages based on a written brief.
2. Screen CVs against criteria we give you, and tell us who passes and why.
3. Run 15-minute screening calls in English, then write a short English summary of each.
4. Keep a shared candidate tracker up to date.
What we need:
1. Based in China — non-negotiable
2. Recruiting experience — agency, in-house HR or RPO all count
3. English good enough to hold a screening call and write a summary — hard requirement
4. 10-20 hours a week to start
How we pay: hourly or monthly retainer, your choice. We do not pay per hire. This is not a contingency search, and we are not asking you to invoice a percentage of a candidate's salary. You are paid for the work regardless of whether a hire results.
Before you bid, tell me: which platforms you have recruited on and roughly how many candidates you approached last year, and one search that was hard — what the brief was and how you found people the obvious keywords missed.
