Part Time Opportunity - Help my small business

I run a small, growing business and need a dependable partner who can step in for about five hours each week, long-term and fully remote. The focus is on two key areas:

Workload is steady but not heavy, so you can comfortably balance this with other commitments. I’m offering a flat $200 per month, paid on time, every month. Familiarity with common productivity tools (Google Workspace, basic CRM or help-desk software) will make the hand-off smooth, but I can train the right person.
