We're hiring a part-time Operations Assistant for an ongoing, long-term role — not a one-off project.
The work, in order of how much it actually matters:
• Knowing what's pending and chasing it until it's closed — this is the core of the role
• Pulling campaign numbers per client and building the weekly recap
• Sending what's ready and following up on replies
• Publishing and uploading material where needed
• General admin: contacts, documents, scheduling
It isn't a complex role. It's a role where things don't get forgotten.
How it works: we start with a short paid trial week with a defined scope and set deadlines, so we both see how we work together before committing. Training on our systems is included from day one. If it goes well, it becomes an ongoing monthly arrangement, around 3 hours a day, Monday to Friday — flexible within the day as long as deadlines are met.
You need: clean written English · timezone within 2 hours of CET · comfortable with spreadsheets and task-management tools · able to work independently once a task is explained.
To apply: start your proposal with the word RELIABLE, then answer this in a few lines — tell me about the last time you had to chase someone repeatedly to get something done. What did you do when they stopped replying?
Proposals that don't start with RELIABLE won't be read.
