I’m ready to bring a dedicated marketer onto the team for a steady, part-time role. The day-to-day focus will be threefold: managing our Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter accounts, drafting engaging email campaigns, and producing fresh written and visual content that keeps our voice consistent across every touchpoint.
On social media, my priorities are clear: grow brand awareness, spark genuine conversations with our existing community, and convert new followers into qualified leads. I’ll supply brand guidelines, past campaign data, and a light content library; you’ll turn these assets into thumb-stopping posts, timely replies, and concise monthly reports that show what’s working.
Email marketing will revolve around a short weekly newsletter and the occasional nurture sequence built in Mailchimp (or your preferred equivalent). I already have a segmented list—your job is to plan the cadence, craft irresistible subject lines, design clean layouts, and monitor open-rate and click-through performance.
To keep everything moving smoothly, I’d like a simple content calendar we can both update, plus short end-of-month summaries highlighting reach, engagement, and lead metrics across all channels.
Deliverables I need from you:
• Weekly social media content calendar with ready-to-post copy and visuals
• Minimum three posts per week per platform (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
• One email newsletter draft each week, with graphics and links in place
• Monthly performance recap and improvement recommendations
If you thrive on creative autonomy, know your way around the major scheduling and email tools, and can commit roughly 10-15 hours per week, let’s talk.
