Part-Time Magazine Fulfillment Assistant

I send a small-batch print magazine to readers all over Canada and need someone who can keep a tidy box of issues at home, slip each one into a standard envelope, print the address label, and hand it to Canada Post. Volume is light—always under 100 pieces a month—so the work can slot around classes or other commitments. Because a student is the typical fit for this role, I’m happy to schedule pick-ups, payments, and any quick chats in the evenings or weekends if that helps.

You’ll need a basic printer (or we will provide), internet access to download labels, and the space to store two cartons of magazines. I cover all postage and supply costs up front; you just tell me when you’re running low on envelopes.

Deliverables
• Safe storage of incoming cartons (up to 100 copies)
• Individual packing in standard envelopes
• Dispatch within two business days of receiving the mailing list
• Simple spreadsheet update with dates and tracking numbers

If every monthly batch goes out on time and arrives undamaged, the job is considered complete and the next month’s payment is released immediately.
