Part-Time Job Listing Site

I need a straightforward job-listing website dedicated exclusively to part-time positions. The core purpose is to let employers post openings and allow candidates to submit their applications directly through the site.

Scope
• Build a clean, responsive front end that lists current part-time roles with essential details (title, location, brief description, posted date).
• Set up a job-detail page where visitors can read the full description and apply.
• Integrate an application-submission form that captures name, contact info, résumé upload, and an optional cover message, and then stores or emails those submissions.

Nice-to-have (optional, if time permits): a lightweight admin panel so I can add, edit, or archive listings without touching code.

Tech is flexible—WordPress with a suitable plugin, Laravel, or a simple custom PHP/Node stack are all fine as long as the final product is fast, secure, and easy for me to maintain.
