Part Time HR Recruiter Needed

I operate a kids’ clothing manufacturing and export business and need part-time help managing our recruitment pipeline. Your focus will be recruitment only: crafting engaging job ads, publishing them on portals such as LinkedIn and Indeed, screening the responses, running first-round interviews over phone or video, and then guiding each successful hire through our onboarding checklist so they are payroll-ready and confident on day one.

Because the role is entry-level, I do not expect deep strategic HR planning—just reliable, hands-on execution of the hiring steps above, good record-keeping in Google Sheets, and clear updates to me so decisions move quickly.
