Part-Time English Telecaller Support

I’m looking for a friendly, fluent-English telecaller who can step in a few hours each day and take great care of our existing customers. Your role is strictly customer support—no cold sales—so the focus will be on answering general service questions, guiding callers through basic processes, noting feedback, and making sure every conversation ends on a positive note.

You’ll work from a call list I provide, use our cloud-based CRM to log interactions, and handle calls through our VoIP dialer. Training materials, a call script outline, and escalation contacts are all ready; what I need is your clear voice, active listening, and knack for resolving everyday issues quickly.

Typical shift requirements sit at 3–4 hours, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility to swap days when schedules clash. A quiet workspace, stable internet connection, and a decent headset are essential.

Deliverables I expect:
• Daily call log exported from the CRM
• Brief end-of-shift summary highlighting common questions and any follow-ups needed
• Immediate escalation notes for any urgent or unresolved matters
