I run a growing online store and need a reliable, tech-savvy hand to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. Expect 10-15 flexible hours each week, with the potential to grow as sales pick up.

Your core focus will be the back-office work that makes customers happy and keeps stock flowing: processing new orders, confirming fulfillment with suppliers or our warehouse, updating tracking numbers, answering customer tickets in plain, friendly English, and making sure product quantities and variants stay accurate. I’ll give you clear SOPs for each task and be available on Slack for questions.

The store’s admin dashboard is straightforward, so as long as you feel comfortable navigating an e-commerce platform, working in spreadsheets, and picking up new tools quickly, you’ll do great. Familiarity with basic photo editing or a bit of HTML is a bonus, but not required.

Deliverables I’ll look for each week:
• All incoming orders processed within 24 hours
• Customer emails or chat messages replied to the same business day
• Inventory counts reconciled and low-stock items flagged every Friday
• A concise end-of-week report summarizing orders, issues, and suggestions for improvement

Stable internet, a quiet workspace, and a proactive attitude are must-haves. If you’re an entry-level VA or student aiming to build a solid e-commerce portfolio, I’m happy to provide detailed feedback and documented results you can showcase. Let me know your relevant experience, availability in your time zone, and why this role fits your goals, and we can start with a paid trial shift right away.
