How the selection works

This is not a traditional immediate hiring process.

Candidates will first be asked to submit a demo/task or portfolio showcasing their skills.

When AYM Agency receives a client project that matches your skill set, we will shortlist suitable candidates and offer paid part-time/project-based work.

This means you get the opportunity to work on real client projects, build your portfolio, and earn based on the projects you are selected for.
