Part-Time Customer Data Analyst

The assignment centers on keeping my customer database both tidy and insightful. On a part-time schedule you will:

• Clean, de-duplicate, and prepare incoming customer records so the tables stay analysis-ready.
• Run statistical analysis in Excel—trend checks, segment comparisons, significance tests—and translate the numbers into plain-language takeaways I can act on.

The raw information arrives weekly from various marketing platforms; after each delivery I’ll provide you a single spreadsheet that needs attention. A polished workbook and a concise summary of key findings are expected back within two business days of receipt.

Excel is the core tool for this engagement. If you prefer to cross-check in SQL or even spin up quick Python scripts, that flexibility is welcome, but every final output must sit in .xlsx format so the wider team can open it without extra software.

Success is measured by:
• Zero critical errors in the cleaned dataset.
• Clear annotation of any assumptions or exclusions.
• Insight summaries that directly reference the statistical evidence you generated.

The workload should average 5–8 hours a week, with timing adaptable around mutual availability.
