Part-Time Client Communications Coordinator

I run a small remote software team and need a steady hand to keep our client conversations clear and organized over the long haul. You’ll act as the first point of contact for our North- and South-American customers, so time-zone alignment and fluent English (spoken and written) are essential.

Your core focus will be talking with clients and organizing the flow of work that follows each conversation. On a daily basis you’ll:

• answer their questions and share concise progress updates
• schedule meetings, send calendar invites, and nudge attendees when deadlines approach
• track action items that emerge from each call and confirm they’re picked up by the dev team

Most of this happens through email, Google Calendar, Slack, or Microsoft Teams—tools you should already feel comfortable navigating. A basic grasp of how modern software projects move from feature request to release will help you recognize priorities and ask better follow-up questions.
