Part-Time Chat Support

I’m looking for reliable help to cover incoming chat messages on a part-time basis. The sole focus is “membalas chat saja”—responding promptly, politely, and accurately to each inquiry that comes through our online chat channel.

Scope
• Work is strictly part-time; hours can be arranged in advance so we both know the schedule.
• All communication happens via our web-based chat tool; no phone calls, social media, or email follow-ups are required.
• Typical questions involve basic product information and order status. A knowledge base and scripted replies are already prepared—your job is to read, adapt where necessary, and send.
• Escalate any issue you’re unsure about to me through the internal notes function.

What I provide
• Full onboarding to the chat platform.
• Quick-reference FAQ and sample responses.
• A direct line to me for any clarifications during your shift.

What I expect
• Fast typing and clear written Indonesian. Basic English is a plus but not mandatory.
• Consistency: log in on time for every agreed shift.
• Professional yet friendly tone in every chat.
