Part-Time B2C Sales Outreach

I run an early-stage start up in Gurgaon real estate market and need a hands-on sales partner who can take charge of B2C outreach and help me turn first conversations into paying customers. Your day-to-day focus will be engaging with leads reaching on our platform, help them connect with right brokers and coordinate their site visits and deal closure. Our tech team will constantly help you by building technology that supports you to close more deals and make your work more efficient.

Because my initial user base is in North India, confident Hindi on the phone is essential, and being in or near Gurgaon will make local follow-ups smoother. You will be in charge of sales strategy, standardize our sales funnel, and build roadmap for higher conversion rates.

Key results I’m looking for:
• Build sales strategy and take ownership of sales funnel.
• Documented call / chat interactions with tenants, brokers and property owners.
• Coordinating site visits of clients, and closing deals.
- Good communication and persuasion skills.

If you are someone who can handle "sell me this pen" scenario.. This role would be best for you.. Your earning would be directly linked with the revenue from the deals you get closed.
