Parrot Feeder Bowl Design

I need a large ceramic feeder bowl for my Amazon parrot. The current twist-lock design isn't working because my parrot is using it as a bathroom. I'm looking for someone local to Phoenix, AZ or at least in the USA. Because I desire both the design and creating the product.

Requirements:
- Large ceramic bowl
- Twist-lock attachment mechanism
- Design to minimize mess

Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience with pet product design
- Knowledge of parrot behavior
- Proficiency in working with ceramic materials
