I am looking for an experienced Android developer to build a Family Parental Control & Device Management App.

Main Features:

- Live GPS location tracking
- Screen time & app usage monitoring
- App blocking/unblocking
- Remote device lock
- Permission-based camera & microphone access
- Permission-based gallery/photo/video access
- Real-time screen sharing
- Call/activity monitoring where supported
- Parent dashboard with multiple devices
- Real-time notifications and reports

The app should include a Parent App/Dashboard, Child Device App, and secure backend.

All sensitive features must use proper Android permissions and user authorization and comply with applicable Android/Google Play policies.

Developer Requirements:

- Strong Android/Kotlin experience
- Firebase/backend experience
