Parent Data Entry Task

I have a batch of digital documents that contain parent and guardian details for our students, and I need every record transferred accurately into our school’s database. This job covers only student personal information, specifically the parent/guardian section—names, phone numbers, emails and any other fields shown on the forms. Grades, attendance and other data are handled elsewhere.

You will receive the documents as PDFs and a login to our web-based data system (similar to PowerSchool). Simply work through each file, key the information into the matching fields, and flag any unreadable entries so I can follow up.

Acceptance criteria
• Every document processed with zero missing required fields
• All entries match the source spelling and formatting exactly
• A short completion log listing files processed and any flagged issues
