Parametric Porsche 911 GT2 Sculpture Design

Parametric CarI need a professional full 360° car sculpture designed from interlocking metal slices/ribs for CNC laser cutting.

The final sculpture should look realistic and clearly recognizable as a real Porsche 911 GT2, not a simple wooden puzzle or wall decoration.

Requirements:

- Full 360° freestanding car sculpture.
- Approximately 500 mm overall length, with proportional width and height.
- Made from 2–3 mm sheet metal (steel, stainless steel, or aluminum).
- Multiple longitudinal/interlocking ribs that accurately create the body shape.
- Detailed front, rear, roof, hood, wheel arches and overall Porsche body lines.
- Wheels must be clearly represented.
- Strong and clean interlocking slot system suitable for metal fabrication.
- All pieces individually numbered.
- Ready-to-cut DXF files with clean closed contours.
- 3D source/model supplied as STEP and/or STL/OBJ.
- Assembly drawing/instructions showing where every piece goes.
- Cutting layout if possible.

Very Important:

Before final delivery, I need to see a realistic 3D render of the fully assembled sculpture from several angles so I can approve the appearance.

I already have access to CNC laser cutting equipment. I am looking for the design and ready-to-cut files only.

Please send examples of any previous car sculptures, parametric vehicles, rib structures, or complex laser-cut 3D models you have designed.
