Paper Forms to Online Registration

I have between 100 and 500 paper registration forms that now need to be captured in my web-based registration form. I will supply PDF scans via Google Drive; you will open each scan, key every field into the online form exactly as written, submit, and move to the next record. No bulk import is available, so every entry must be typed by hand.

Accuracy and confidentiality are critical. I will spot-check submissions and, once everything is entered, I’ll ask for a simple CSV export from the system so I can reconcile the totals.

Please share your typing speed, past data-entry experience, and how many forms you can realistically complete per hour. My ideal turnaround is five days from project start, but let me know if you can beat that.
