Paper Forms to Excel Entry

I have a small stack of paper forms—fewer than 50 in total—that I need keyed accurately into a clean Excel spreadsheet. The fields on every form follow the same layout, so once the first few rows are set up, the rest should flow quickly.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Create an Excel file with clearly labeled columns that match each field on the form.
• Enter every handwritten or printed value exactly as it appears, double-checking for spelling and numeric accuracy.
• Keep the sheet neatly formatted so I can filter and sort the data easily later.

I will supply high-resolution scans of the forms as soon as we start. A quick turnaround is ideal, but accuracy is the priority; I’ll review the completed sheet against the originals before sign-off.

If you have solid experience transcribing paper documents into Excel and can maintain strict attention to detail, this should be a straightforward project.
