A stack of paper pages must be keyed accurately into Microsoft Word. The source material is entirely on paper, so every line must be typed from scratch—no copy-paste shortcuts are possible. Consistent formatting, correct spelling, and faithful reproduction of any tables or bullet points are essential because the final Word document will be shared directly with clients.

You will receive high-resolution scans (PDF) of each page as soon as the contract starts. Once the typing is complete, send back one clean .docx file that mirrors the original layout. I’ll review it for accuracy and provide any final tweaks before sign-off.

Reliable attention to detail and fast turn-around are all that matter here; specialist tools aren’t necessary beyond Word itself.
