Pakistani HR Recruiter Needed

I’m looking for an experienced HR professional based in Pakistan who can take full ownership of recruitment and staffing for several part-time roles. The immediate focus is sourcing and screening policy researchers; however, your reach may expand to adjacent areas as new needs arise.

Here’s what I expect from you:
• Translate the job brief into an appealing advert and circulate it across the most effective Pakistani and international channels.
• Actively search LinkedIn, university job boards, and relevant policy forums to identify strong part-time candidates.
• Present a concise shortlist with your interview notes and a clear recommendation for each candidate.
• Coordinate follow-up interviews between shortlisted applicants and our internal team until a hire is secured.

Because this assignment is limited to recruitment and staffing, you won’t need to handle payroll, training, or other HR functions. Reliability, clear communication, and a solid network within Pakistan’s policy research community will be the keys to success.
