Pakistani Digital Operations Virtual Assistant

I am extending our digital presence across Pakistan and need a dependable virtual assistant who can stay on top of day-to-day online work while keeping communication crystal clear. Your main focus will be assisting with online transactions; these range from processing orders in our regional dashboards to coordinating payouts and reconciling figures with our internal sheets. Whenever a local bank transfer is required, you will step in, follow the provided SOP, and confirm completion with screenshots or bank receipts.

Alongside that core duty, you will help me set up and maintain standardised regional profiles (social, marketplace and partner portals) and keep the designated workflows moving—updating Trello cards, flagging blockers and ensuring deadlines are met. Everything happens digitally; no in-person errands or heavy lifting.

A stable internet connection and sharp listening skills are essential. I value someone who can absorb instructions the first time, ask concise follow-up questions when needed and mirror the same clarity back to clients or partners via email, chat or voice calls.
