Recruitment Assistant in Pakistan
Job Title: Recruitment Assistant — Job Posting and Candidate Sourcing
Location: Remote — applicants must currently live in Pakistan
Work Type: Part-time
Working Hours: 12:00 to 5:00
Pay: 3,000 per day
We are looking for a Pakistan-based Recruitment Assistant to post vacancies on local recruitment platforms and in job groups, and to collect and organise applications from suitable candidates for game promotion roles.
Key Responsibilities
1. Register and maintain employer accounts using our platform list, and follow up on account and job posting approvals.
2. Publish and update vacancies on recruitment websites using the job descriptions we provide.
3. Share vacancies in local job groups, employment communities and other relevant channels where job postings are permitted.
4. Answer basic applicant questions and collect CVs, contact details, city, work experience and availability.
5. Conduct initial screening using our criteria, organise suitable candidates’ information and forward it to the hiring manager.
6. Track posting status, application numbers, candidates who pass initial screening, costs and outstanding issues for each channel.
7. Identify additional local recruitment channels and test them after approval.
Flag existing teams or companies separately and refer them to the person responsible for business partnership discussions.
Requirements
• Currently live in Pakistan and can communicate in English and Urdu.
• Be familiar with local recruitment websites, job groups or other employment channels.
• Be able to organise candidate information and recruitment channel data in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Have a computer, reliable internet access and consistent availability.
• Be detail-oriented and able to follow up consistently on approvals and applications.
• Perform the work personally and disclose in advance if anyone else will be involved.
Previous experience as a Recruitment Assistant, HR Assistant, job poster or candidate sourcer is preferred. Gaming industry experience is not required.
