Job Description
Byte&Kite is a digital marketing agency helping clients across a range of industries grow through effective digital marketing. As a Paid Media Specialist, you will manage paid acquisition campaigns across multiple client accounts, from strategy and campaign setup through optimisation, testing and reporting. You will work closely with clients and internal content, creative and analytics teams to improve campaign performance and turn media spend into measurable business results.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Plan, launch and optimise paid media campaigns across Google, Meta and LinkedIn
Manage campaign budgets and allocate spend based on performance and client goals
Conduct keyword, audience and competitor research to inform campaign strategy
Build and maintain campaign structures, targeting, bidding strategies and ad variations
Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, conversions and return on ad spend
Run structured tests across audiences, creative, messaging, landing pages and bidding strategies
Work with designers and copywriters to develop and improve ad creative
Analyse campaign and conversion data to diagnose performance changes and recommend actions
Prepare regular performance reports and explain results and recommendations to clients
Collaborate with SEO, content, email and other marketing specialists on integrated campaigns
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
3+ years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally managing multiple client accounts
Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads; LinkedIn Ads experience is a plus
Proven experience managing meaningful advertising budgets and optimising spend against business goals
Strong understanding of campaign structure, targeting, bidding, attribution and conversion tracking
Experience with A/B testing and using performance data to make optimisation decisions
Comfortable working with GA4, Google Ads reporting and other marketing analytics tools
Able to explain campaign performance clearly and distinguish meaningful insights from surface-level metrics
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Comfortable presenting results and recommendations directly to clients
NICE TO HAVE
Agency experience; B2B lead generation; e-commerce advertising; experience with LinkedIn Ads; familiarity with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking; landing page optimisation; and experience working with multi-channel paid media strategies.
