We’re currently looking for South African businesses and commercial workplaces to participate in a paid pilot project supporting the robotics & AI industry.
If your staff already perform hands-on, everyday tasks such as:
Picking & packing / warehouse work
Sorting & stocking
Cleaning & janitorial work
Food preparation / commercial kitchens
Laundry & linen services
Maintenance / repair work
Assembly / manufacturing
Material handling & logistics
Carpentry / workshops
Agriculture / farm work
…your business may be suitable.
How does it work?
Participating staff simply carry out their normal day-to-day work while using a small head-mounted phone holder to record approved tasks from a first-person point of view.
The recordings are used as training data to help AI and robotics systems better understand how real-world physical tasks are performed.
This is a PAID opportunity
Compensation based on approved recording hours
Multiple staff from the same business can participate
No cost for your business to join
Staff continue performing their normal work
Your business decides which tasks and areas may be recorded
Sensitive information, screens, customers and restricted areas remain off-camera
We’re particularly interested in partnering with warehouses, factories, workshops, logistics companies, cleaning companies, hotels, restaurants, laundries, farms, retail operations, construction/trade businesses and other workplaces involving hands-on physical work.
