Paid Ads Video Editor

I run a fast-growing video agency and our paid ads need a fresh set of high-converting videos right away. I’m looking for an editor with proven experience turning raw product footage into scroll-stopping, revenue-generating creatives for Meta, TikTok or similar performance channels.

You have to be quick, and responsible with following deadlines. When you respond, focus on the experience that shows you can do this under pressure and deliver ads that sell.

What I'm expecting:
• Experience in Premiere Pro or Cap Cut
• Responsibility and following deadlines
• Fluency in English
• You understand why a particular scene should go in that exact place without me having to intervene
• You understand storytelling and won't put in clips that don't make sense.
