About LabX Media Group
LabX Media Group is a leading worldwide science publishing company that delivers meaningful industry content and integrated marketing solutions for the scientific community. LabX Media Group’s brands and product solutions deliver trusted, timely and deep information across print and digital products to empower our customers and advance their research.
About the role
We are hiring a Paid Ad Coordinator to support our in-house Paid Ad Specialist. You'll run day-to-day campaign work across Facebook, LinkedIn and Google Ads and help keep our advertiser and organic social activity moving. This is a hands-on execution role. Deep paid media expertise is not required. You need to be organized, comfortable with ad platforms and eager to build your skills with direct support from your line manager.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and manage boosted posts across our brand pages
Coordinate and launch client posts on schedule
Run LinkedIn boosts for owned and sponsored content
Build reports that track campaign performance and pull out clear takeaways
Manage close to half of our Facebook ad campaigns, from setup through monitoring
Spend part of your week writing and scheduling organic Facebook posts
What You Bring
Some hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or Google Ads
Comfort working with numbers and pulling insights from a spreadsheet or ads dashboard
Strong attention to detail. You catch typos, wrong links and missed deadlines before they become problems
Good written communication, since you'll coordinate with brand stakeholders and clients
The ability to manage multiple campaigns at once without losing track of deadlines
Nice to have
A Meta Blueprint or Google Ads certification
Experience posting on brand or business social accounts
Interest in science, technology, or B2B media
Why this role?
You'll work closely with our Paid Ad Specialist, who will mentor you on strategy and platform best practices. This is a good fit if you want to grow in the paid media space and want real campaign experience rather than a purely theoretical one.
Application Procedure:
This position is remotely based and is open to all eligible candidates in Canada. Preference may be given to candidates in the Eastern or Central time zone.
This job posting is for a current vacancy.
LabX Media Group is an enthusiastic equal opportunity employer that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. We celebrate diverse perspectives and are committed to fostering a culture where differences are valued and innovation thrives.
Reasonable accommodation is available for qualified individuals with disabilities, upon request when contacted for an interview. We thank all candidates for applying. Only those candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
