My single-page, single-product site is live and looks exactly how I want—it just isn’t loading as quickly as it should. The first priority is cutting the loading time across the whole page, not just a single asset. I need someone who can dig into Core Web Vitals, identify the slow points, and leave me with a noticeably faster experience without altering the design or content structure.

While you’re under the hood, I also want all three key Google tags implemented correctly:

• Google Analytics
• Google Ads
• Google Tag Manager

Each tag must fire in the right order, avoid duplication, and pass Google Tag Assistant checks.

Deliverables
• Optimised code, images, and any third-party scripts so the initial load is visibly faster on both mobile and desktop
• Properly configured GA, Ads, and GTM containers, verified in preview/debug mode
• A short hand-off note outlining what was changed, where the tags live, and how to test going forward

Please keep the existing design intact, focus on overall content speed, and aim for the best Lighthouse score we can reasonably achieve.
