Design Improvements Existing Lofty Platform Website

I need an experienced freelancer to make professional design improvements to an existing website and create additional pages using the existing Lofty platform, templates as the foundation, and website structure. The goal is to elevate the visual design and create additional pages that feel more like a premium, modern personal-brand real estate website.

The website is already built on Lofty and includes its existing IDX/listing functionality.

There is no need to change platforms, rebuild the website from scratch, or create a new website architecture from another CMS.

The goal is to elevate the existing website visually and strategically while working within the capabilities of the current Lofty platform.

Timeline: 7 days from the date of award

Daily communication and progress updates are required during EST business hours, and the project must be completed within 10 days from the date of award
