P2P Payments Platform Web & Mobile

I’m building a peer-to-peer payments product that works flawlessly both in a browser and on iOS / Android. Any individual with a verified personal account should be able to register, load funds, and instantly send money to another user, all under strict KYC/AML and PCI-DSS guidelines.

The designs and user flows are already mapped out; what I now need is the full engineering build—frontend, backend, and deployment—delivered as an MVP we can grow from.

Scope of work
• Responsive web portal plus native-feeling mobile apps (React Native, Flutter, or the stack you recommend).
• Secure backend with a REST / GraphQL API, encrypted data storage, and role-based access.
• Funding and payout rails for bank transfers, cards, and mobile wallets—exact providers to be finalised together.
• Wallet ledger that records balances, fees, reversals, and reconciliation.
• Real-time push, email, and SMS notifications.
• Admin console for onboarding, transaction monitoring, and manual overrides.
• Automated tests, CI/CD pipeline, and deployment scripts for AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Acceptance criteria
– End-to-end send flow completes in 80 % unit-test coverage with 100 % pass rate.
– OWASP Top-10 checks cleared.
– Swagger/Postman API documentation included.
– Store-ready mobile builds supplied.
