I’m launching a new education and immigration advisory and our Meta Ads are already producing a steady stream of enquiries each day. Most prospects want to relocate to Canada for permanent residence, though a few still consider study-to-settle pathways. I’d like a mid-level counsellor who can jump straight into discovery calls, build rapport quickly and map out realistic routes for each prospect.
Here’s what the work looks like:
• Receive warm leads in our CRM, review the prospect’s background, and schedule a 15-20-minute call.
• Clarify their education, work history and settlement goals, then outline the most viable Canadian immigration streams or, where study makes more sense, the program and intake that fit.
• Flag complex or high-potential files and hand them over to our licensed RCIC partner with well-structured notes.
• Maintain concise call summaries and weekly conversion reports so we can track what’s working and refine our Meta targeting.
I handle marketing and compliance on my side; you focus entirely on counselling and client care. Previous success guiding applicants through Express Entry, PNPs or student-to-PR transitions for Canada is essential, and comfort using simple tools like Zoom, Google Sheets and a lightweight CRM will keep everything running smoothly.
The role starts freelance/part-time with flexible hours. As volume grows there’s plenty of room to expand into a longer-term, possibly full-time position. If you have the Canadian expertise and enjoy helping people turn immigration plans into action, let’s talk.
