C++ Developer Needed — $2,500 Fixed-Price Project

I am looking for an experienced C++ developer to complete a project with a fixed budget of $2,500.

I am looking for someone who can write clean, maintainable C++ code and communicate clearly throughout the project.

## Hiring Process
