Outreach Specialist for Sports Influencer Recruitment

We are seeking a proactive Outreach Specialist / Recruiter to find and onboard sports tipsters, handicappers, and micro-influencers across Asia (India, Pakistan, SE Asia) and Africa (Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana).

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify active cricket, football, and sports tipsters on Telegram, Instagram, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Reach out directly to channel admins and influencers to pitch our custom promo code affiliate partnership ($10–$15 CPA per First-Time Deposit).
- Onboard interested creators by collecting their details, requesting custom promo code names, and delivering campaign tracking links/assets.
- Track outreach stats and report daily progress (contacts made, responses received, onboarding completed).

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in influencer outreach, affiliate recruitment, or virtual assistance (iGaming/sports betting niche preferred).
- Excellent written English and strong cold-outreach skills.
- Familiarity with Telegram channels, sports communities, and social media prospecting.

PAYMENT STRUCTURE:
- Fixed weekly rate for daily outreach tasks (or milestone payments per onboarded active influencer).
