Outline needed for Sapphic (FFF) Omegaverse Novel

I’m gearing up to draft a poly sapphic omegaverse romance and want to start on the right foot with a rock-solid outline. The story will be told in first-person, rotating equally among three women: two former high-school bullies and the classmate they tormented, now adults forced back into each other’s orbit. The tone sits in that sweet spot between emotional healing and playful banter, with plenty of spice. Heavy themes of past trauma and redemption carry the core, but I still want warmth and humor to break the tension.

What I need from you
• A complete, chapter-by-chapter outline that covers the full arc (roughly 80k words total) and clearly notes which POV each chapter is in. Romancing the Beat 4-act structure preferred.
• Subplot ideas appreciated as well.

Acceptance criteria
The outline feels coherent and page-turning, each character’s voice is distinct, and the trauma-to-healing journey never drifts into melodrama. Every spicy scene must grow naturally from character growth rather than shock value. By the end, I should be able to open a fresh document and draft confidently from the road map you provide.
