Outdoor Life-Size Drifloon Sculpture

I’d like a full-scale Drifloon, faithful to the Pokémon design, that can live outside year-round and hang securely from a tree branch. I’m open on the core material; please recommend whatever combination—plastic, fiberglass, metal, or a hybrid—will best balance light weight with durability.

Because it will be exposed to the elements I need the finish to include:
• UV protection
• Waterproofing
• Wind resistance

The piece should arrive ready to mount, complete with discreet hanging hardware rated for outdoor use. If you’ve produced weather-resistant props or themed sculptures before, I’d love to see examples and hear how you would approach coloration, sealing, and long-term maintenance.
