I’m running a research study that requires fresh, high-quality egocentric footage recorded outdoors while you simply walk or run. The goal is to build a data set that captures the natural visual experience of a person in motion, so camera placement must mimic a first-person point of view (head-mounted, chest rig, or similar).

What I need from you
• Raw, unedited video clips that clearly show continuous outdoor walking and/or running sessions.
• Each clip should be at least three minutes long, captured in well-lit daytime conditions, and saved in a common format such as MP4 or MOV.
• A brief log for every clip noting date, location type (park, sidewalk, trail, etc.), activity (walk or run), and approximate duration.

Acceptance criteria
1. Footage stays stable enough for later frame-by-frame analysis—no excessive shake or obstruction.
2. Audio track included (ambient sound only; no added commentary) unless local regulations prohibit it.
3. Faces of bystanders are either naturally avoided or can be blurred post-collection if required.
4. All files upload successfully to a shared cloud folder I will provide.

No indoor scenes, vehicles, or sporting actions beyond regular walking and running are needed; the study strictly focuses on everyday pedestrian movement outdoors. If you already have suitable existing material that you own outright, let me know—otherwise fresh recording is welcome. Feel free to ask about technical specs before you start so we don’t waste a trip outside.
