Outdoor DC/DC Power Supply Completion

The first revision of my rugged, outdoor-rated DC/DC power supply is about 60 % complete. I now need a fresh set of expert eyes to carry it across the finish line—quickly.
Where the project stands
• Core topology, rough schematic, and a preliminary PCB are already in Altium (I can export to KiCad or Eagle if preferred).
• Key mechanical dimensions for the enclosure are fixed, and I have reference STEP files ready for import.
What I still need
1. Refine the schematic: review component choices, update the BOM, and close any design-for-reliability gaps for harsh outdoor use.
2. Finalise the PCB: clean routing, correct layer stack-up, silkscreen, impedance considerations, and produce complete manufacturing outputs (Gerbers, drill, pick-and-place, and assembly drawings). I have source files in Cadence/OrCAD
3. UPDATE my 3D Model and Create drawings for manufacturing: create or update the board-level STEP file, drop it into the provided enclosure model, and confirm all keep-outs, connector clearances, and mounting points line up.
I’ll share the existing project files as soon as we kick off; I’m available to answer questions in real time because speed matters—I’d like to hit “send to fab” as soon as everything checks out.
Deliverables
• Updated schematic and BOM files
• Production-ready PCB layout and all fab/assembly outputs
• Verified STEP model showing the board seated correctly in the enclosure and generate updated enclosure drawing.
If you can start right away and are comfortable juggling both PCB and basic 3D CAD work, let’s talk. If you can do one or the other, I am open to refine.
