Outdoor Concert 2D/3D Layouts

I already have two reference files on hand—a simple top-down stage plan and a 3-D model of the venue site. What I need now is a clean set of production-ready drawings that merge those references into one coherent presentation package.

Scope
• Generate a new 2-D plan and a matching 3-D view that place my existing stage design accurately within the venue model.
• Keep the drawings at a Basic layout only level of detail; I do not need full technical specs or architectural minutiae.
• Add the following production elements so the client and the venue can visualise the show flow:
– Truss towers
– Speakers
– Lighting fixtures
– Stage as supplied
– Tech areas: front of house and back of house

Output & file format
The final deliverable must be a high-resolution PDF set that I can forward directly to both the client and the venue with no additional tweaking. Working files in SketchUp or AutoCAD are welcome but optional—PDF is the required hand-off.

Acceptance criteria
• All listed elements positioned to scale in both 2-D and 3-D views.
• Consistent annotation and legend so the venue team can read the layout at a glance.
• PDF pages sized for standard A3 or US Tabloid print with clear margins.

If you are comfortable dropping assets into SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar, and can turn around a tidy PDF quickly, this project should be straightforward. Please let me know your preferred toolset and an estimated timeline when you respond.
