Outdoor Birthday Table Setup

Pick up a pre-printed banner waiting for me at FedEx, buy orange-only balloons, party hats and streamers, and head to a public park where no permit is required. The park should have picnic tables; overhead coverings or nearby poles for tying decorations are a bonus. If you have several popular options in mind, choose the one that keeps the whole process hassle-free.

Once on site:
• Dress one picnic table so it looks ready for a small birthday party—hang the banner, attach the orange balloons and streamers, lay out the party hats and make the space look festive.
• Snap a clear set of photos (wide shots to show the entire setting plus close-ups of the decorations).
• Leave the area but stay close enough to monitor for three hours in case anyone tries to remove the setup. A quick text update at the start, midpoint and end of the three-hour window keeps me informed.
• At the end of the time, take down the décor and pack everything for disposal or return as discussed.

Acceptance criteria
1. Decorations are entirely orange and securely fastened.
2. Minimum of 10 high-resolution photos delivered the same day.
3. Table remains intact and presentable for the full three hours.
4. Site left clean with no trash or tape residue.
