Outdoor Birthday Event Photographer

I’m planning an outdoor birthday party and need an experienced event photographer to capture the celebration from start to finish. The session will be held entirely on-location, so you should be comfortable working with natural light, portable flashes, and the unpredictable flow of an open-air setting.

What I’m looking for:
• Candid coverage of the festivities, speeches, and guest interactions
• A few lightly posed group shots of family and friends
• Detail images that highlight décor, food, and any special moments (cake-cutting, surprise elements, etc.)

Deliverables:
• A curated selection of high-resolution, professionally edited photos (JPEG + RAW on request)
• An online gallery or downloadable link for easy sharing with guests
• Turnaround time of roughly one week, with a small preview set within 24 hours appreciated

Ideal fit:
Someone who regularly photographs birthdays or private parties, brings a full-frame DSLR or mirrorless kit, backup gear, off-camera flash, and edits confidently in Lightroom or Capture One. Friendly direction and the ability to blend into the crowd are important.
