Outbound Call Data Entry

The work centres on making outbound calls, gathering or confirming customer contact information, and keying everything straight into a shared Excel or Google Sheets file. I will provide the spreadsheet template with the exact columns required; you simply add or update each record while you are on the call.

Accuracy is critical—names, phone numbers, email addresses and any short notes from the conversation must match what the customer says. The sheet is cloud-based, so I can monitor progress in real time; please save after every entry so no data is lost.

Deliverable
• Fully populated spreadsheet, cleaned and double-checked for spelling, duplicate numbers and incomplete fields.

Acceptance
• 98 % or better accuracy (spot-checked).
• All assigned contacts attempted at least once, with call outcome noted.
• Spreadsheet link returned by the agreed deadline.
