I need a comprehensive open-source intelligence report that focuses on personal information discoverable through public court records. All collection must rely solely on legally accessible databases such as PACER, state or county judiciary portals, and any other open repositories you normally use for docket searches.

Scope
• Identify and retrieve every civil or criminal case that names the individual I will specify once we start.
• Extract key details: filing dates, jurisdictions, case numbers, parties, attorneys of record, judgments, and publicly filed exhibits when available.
• Cross-reference aliases or past addresses that surface in the documents to ensure nothing is overlooked.
• Summarize findings in a clean, well-structured report and attach the original PDF or HTML record for each citation.

Acceptance criteria
• Report is delivered in PDF and editable spreadsheet formats.
• Every data point is traceable to an included source link or file.
• No pay-walled or improperly obtained material is used; methodology section briefly outlines each database consulted.
