Every word must come from your own research and experience and will be checked for plagiarism, originality, meaningfulness,

What you’ll write about
• Industry trends that impact residential comfort, energy efficiency, and running costs
• Plain-language technical how-to guides (changing filters, troubleshooting noises, optimizing thermostat settings, seer2, Calculating size , BTU, etc.)
• Unbiased product reviews of thermostats, filters, mini-splits, and related gear
Voice & style
Explain concepts so an interested homeowner can follow along without technical jargon. Support claims with reputable sources and add practical tips that readers can put to work right away.
Workflow & volume
Most posts fall in the 2000 to 2500 word range. We’ll start with a paid trial article; if the fit is good, expect an ongoing weekly assignment.
Acceptance criteria
• 100 % original writing (Copyscape and manual checks)
• strictly No AI-generated or spun content
• Engaging headline, logical sub-headings, and clear takeaways
• Accurate, well-researched information written for non-experts
With each article you will also be providing me the keyword/s on which the blog has been written, idea is to have it properly SEO optimized
